its a classic representation of pong but with the unique ability to play your friends using wifi and bluetooth across the room. this app is free and offers a much more bitmapped design presentation, if you get the paid app, it turns into a festival of colors and updated design and graphics. i dunno if i like the paid version yet, but the free one seems real solid.

the description from the app help screen is totally hysterical and i need to quote it… it reads… “select how evil you would like your password to be” … and… “from a dull angelic password to a demonic super mega-evil password nobody will ever be able to hack” … fantastic. you basically just change the slider left or right to adjust the complexity of the password, which you can then copy to the clipboard or email to yourself. clever!

the app is actually a more simplified view of the lifestyle and design editorial then the website. something to be said for optimized user experiences here for curated content, love it! for the record, the screenshot does not do it justice… where it really sings is in landscape mode (for video play out, slideshows, article detail pages) which is even more impacting to use! congrats to josh for making it happen!

this looks to be a fantastic new pay-point service which takes advantage of great visual design/user experience and a neat little card reader accessory to enable micro payments at any location (eg. coffee shop, garage sale, vintage show, lifestyle boutique). i see loads of potential for this to take off and for independent business owners to benefit! congrats to jack dorsey and co for making this happen.
