unique alternate to slideshow on your iPhone. the coolest thing about it, source your flickr feed, rss media feed, and snarf the images from a website (i used my fffound)! edit transitions, how long image displays, add/edit/remove feeds/urls added, even change order! neat feature enables you to swipe left/right to select your preferred slideshow. one thing, you can’t turn off the ken burns transition effect which is a bummer, but not a deal breaker!

there are a few other wikipedia apps, but, none that are as polished as this one. albeit there are some features that people have mentioned its lacking, it makes up for it in simplicity, ease of use and the way it renders the wikipedia content itself. i look forward to future enhancements of this app.

wow, i posted on method cards a few days ago, and commented on how I wished IDEO would publish their app sooner than later and voila, here it is today! the basic card app is free with 8 randomly selected cards, its another few bucks (pounds) for the full 51 card set. of course I bought them on the spot!
